Sheep Electrical Service & Solutions was formed in 2024 by Jeffrey P Mouton when he decided to combine his unique skill sets in hospitality with his comprehensive study in the electrical field to offer homeowners a service that would blow them away.

During his college years starting in 2004, he took on jobs at some of New Orleans' most prominent and renowned institutions, including Rubenstein's, The Windsor Court, and The Soniat House, where he was trained in the highest level of customer service. He provided service to high-profile celebrities, foreign royalty, and even the President of the United States, earning recognition for his efforts. Over the course of more than a decade, he honed his ability to anticipate and exceed the individual needs and expectations of such distinguished clients.

One day he was ready for a change. As a child he enjoyed taking apart electronics and building remote control cars which led him to exploring the electrical industry. He joined the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 130 in 2012 as an apprentice. He completed 5 years of classroom training (1200 hours) and 8000 hours of on the job training. In his third year with the National Joint Apprenticeship Training Commitee he took his journeyman test and was licensed in 2015.

With over a decade of experience in the industry, his expertise spans high-voltage industrial installations at NASA and the New Orleans Sewage and Water Board, to large commercial projects with the University Medical Center, as well as residential service work in homes across Jefferson Parish and the New Orleans area.
